Welcome to a special bonus episode! Today we're talking all about gaining confidence to speak up. My guest is Dr Joli Hamilton (you heard her on our last episode, #134) and we're sharing our experiences with speaking up, advice on how to do it, and what to do when speaking up goes wrong. This is a super popular subject and we're excited to share some tips to make this practice easier for you. We also talk more about our upcoming weekend retreat we're doing in Western Massachusetts in June. Get all the details, find out why you might want to be there, and apply here.
